We are a Lloyd’s insurance broker based in London.

We do not produce business for our own account but service the business of clients who are predominantly insurance professionals such as intermediaries, captive managers, risk retention group managers or insurance carriers.

We provide access to underwriters in London (Lloyd’s and the London Company Market) and Bermuda under an annual contract for clients worldwide.

Our team provide full technical support from placement through to financial accounting including the management of clients’ UK registered corporate entities.

We operate on a fee for service basis with a strong emphasis on regulatory and corporate compliance ensuring the well-being of clients all of whom operate via a UK corporate entity which is entirely in their ownership.

IBS is a wholly owned subsidiary of ISG, a London based group, providing a full range of services to the insurance industry.
